1. Order Cancellation:
Customers can cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it. After this period, orders cannot be canceled.
2. Return Policy:
ClothMeds accepts returns within 3 days of receiving the order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received. In case our reverse pickup service is not available at your location, we request you to self-ship the product via any reliable courier service and we shall ship the exchange product to you or process your refund based on your request. Return is not available when you prefer COD and You have to pay the courier fee for return
3. Refund Process:
After quality check is done we will give refund within 6-7 working days
4. Exchanges:
